The LDB-DFB-1550-50CW is a single frequency CW laser coupled with Polarization Maintaining fiber. Built with Distributed Feed-Back Grating (DFB) as cavity reflector, it provides a pure, single longitudinal mode, and extremely stable wavelength source. AeroDIODE offers the flexibility of 4 butterfly pin configurations (for 1550nm DFB laser diodes) and 2 types of singlemode fibers (SMF or PMF). Stock items have type-1 pin configuration. These laser diodes also feature an integrated driver for plug and play operation, only requiring a 5V external power supply (#73-818). Pigtailed Laser Diode Modules are available with VIS and NIR. Fiber coupled wavelength-stabilized (FBG and DFB) laser diodes at 980 nm, 1064 nm, 1300 nm, 1480 nm and 1550 nm with power up to 150mW in 14-pin DIL package and 14-pin butterfly package. 1550nm Lasers emit laser light in the short-wave infrared (SWIR) or the near-infrared (NIR) range for the SLEDs. 1550nm Fiber Coupled Laser Up to 100mW High output power; Industry-standard, 14PIN butterfly package; Built-in TEC and optical isolator; High-performance, distributed-feedback (DFB) laser; 2.
